ENERGIZING VITAMINS


To get our bodies energized this simply.... such as placing a vitamin battery into our bodies, what a wonderful life that would be. But instead we need to feed and fuel our bodies with the proper amounts of foods and supplements and see what works for us. There is no quick fix. But over time we can fix our bodies and get them on the path to healing and working even better than ever, I have been there once in my life and I know it will work. I am just working on it getting there once again. In a few weeks I will be trying a new product and be reporting my findings to you in comparison to the others I have tried over the last 26 years. The green drink I have been using at the present is Garden Greens Essential Greens. It is loaded with good things...but at the present my body does not appear to be absorbing any of the foods or nutrients placed in it. This product prior to surgery and my body undergoing the healing process this product worked greatly. So here is what is in the drink....in a glass of apple juice or water ( I prefer the juice ) I mix in a blender a scoop of this very green product. There is only 13g of carbs in it, 6 g fiber and 6 g of sugar. I prefer 0g of sugar, which my protein shake does have, but I have not found a greens drink with 0g in it yet. The greens blend consists of 10 green foods, aloe vera gel, Hawaiian blue-green algae, green tea, chlorella, barley greens, wheat grass, prebiotic fibers and plant based enzymes with 14 vegetables including carrots, tomato, kale and spinach. It is the best greens mix in a can I have found yet to contain close to the contents of my homemade concoction I drank in getting my MS into remission 20+ years ago.
Close to half of the population suffers from a deficiency of at least one important nutrient. Most of those are deficient in vitamin B6, many did not consume enough calcium or iron and some do not contain enough vitamin C. Research has shown that a vitamin deficiency may not affect the entire body but only specific cells. For instance....those who smoke may suffer a vitamin C deficiency but only in the lung area. Whenever you seek out to correct a vitamin or mineral deficiency you need to recognize that the nutrients work SYNERGISTICALLY. This means there is a cooperative action between certain vitamins and minerals, which will work as catalysts, promoting the absorption and assimilation of the other vitamin and minerals we place into our bodies. I learned this during my training many years ago at health seminars I attended and then when I went to the nutritionist when getting MS he taught me more about this. If indeed you need to correct the deficiency of just 1 vitamin or mineral this requires the addition of others, not simply taking the 1 you are deficient in. Being I am at this time deficient in B12 and very concerned about why I eat tremendously healthy, good foods and do indeed take a b12 supplement I need to get my body once again jump started into receiving these good things I give it and have it begin to repair itself. I still am being tested,to see what they will do medically for me concerning this. I do not want to allow my body to get to the point of no return. And I think that is where it will go if they do not find the important key to jump starting me into health again. I will do all I can on my part to get me there again. I will tie my medical doctor (whom I love, he has never failed me to allow nutrition to keep my MS stable), supplements in form of drink mix, liquid nutrition, or pill form, and mostly.,...My FAITH and TRUST in God who always sustains me, even when at my lowest.
