HEALTH BEGINS IN THE COLON....

Health begins in the colon....I have heard and believed this for over 30 years now. I first learned this at a Health Expo in Pittsburgh, PA 31 years ago. I do genuinely believe this. If your plumbing does not function properly in your home what will happen? The same thing is true with our bodies. They become sluggish and will not perform properly and the weakest area will be affected and then you have a flood of ailments come upon you or perhaps just one major one.
Every harmful toxin in your body has entered through air, skin contact, or by ingesting it. 90% of the toxins within our bodies have entered through the colon. Disease or poor health will enter when the body is so contaminated with toxic residue that your internal self-healing mechanisms become suppressed. Each day our bodies consume thousands of harmful toxins. They come from the foods we eat, the air we breath and the homes we live in. If in fact we are of small stature and have a weakened immune system then we suffer. Our bodies were created to heal themselves. So we then are posed with the question...fix it or let it break down until the ultimate result is death. Death of an organ, death of a body part or finally death itself for us. Modern medicine has its place in our lives but prescription drugs can do our bodies more harm than good. They just treat the symptoms...they do not heal us. In order to live life fully and abundantly we need to find the key to our individual bodies and work on getting well and staying well. Sounds like a lot of work...right? Well it is but the end result is LIFE....life abundantly, possibly as you never have known it as of yet. To reactivate your bodies self-healing mechanism you must begin to cleanse and purify your body of years of toxic buildup. I will be starting my cleanse next month. I will be using Nature's Secret Cleanse which I have used for years. Why wait till next month you might ask? It is not in my budget at the moment. Cleansing will bring energy back into your life. With my MS and now my b12 deficiency from pernicious anemia I know it will take a while, after all I didn't get this way overnight. It might have appeared that way but it happened overtime.
